BILLION spoked rims ?

been thinkin bout get some "overspoked"/140(4) wheels but ive heard from M/C guys that the more absurd amount of spokes the WEAKER the wheel is due to the geometry or some such rocket science junk or maybe the extra holes in the rim. anybody else heard the same or know from experience. I dont think it would be a poblem on a cruiser, just wonderin if there was any truth to what i heard.

This project bike me and my kids [youth center] built has 144s and we have had no problems, built 7 months ago and ridden every Saturday. THE M/C GUYS are probably pushing the auto speed limit, on a cruiser I'm barely breaking jogging speed

Great bike!!! That's about the same paintjob I had in mind for the cruiser I recently bought. The wheels are awesome!
