So should I put the headbadge where it's suppose to go:

OR
on the seat down stem?

Also found this old door...It will be the bottom panel of Minnehaha...

Spent the afternoon on BA.
Even had the motor running and went for a zip...If I was smilling before when I went riding,I must have a joker grin now...
Needs a few adjustments, like throttle and idle.+ chain...Also need to tighten the tank, thats the rattle you can hear.
Will toy with the kinks tomorrow after I finish the side-car.....
Earplugs needed.

I reckon the seat tube for the headbadge. It is better noticed there and looks good. The head tube looks like it is quite attractive by itself and the badge seems to cover parts of the attractive lugs.

Glen.
I was thinking the same thing Glen,it covers the points of the lugs, wich is a shame, and the girders hide the badge anyway...

Seat tube for the MAD badge.
Have you tried the headtube for the dedication badge? It's smaller and the points of it may compliment the points of the lugs.

Good Idea KF just that I pop riveted it on...
Maybe I will swap them out,I am still looking for a 1922 taxe tag,so that could also go on the headtube...Will see if the dedication badge fits between the 2 bars...The mad badge is stunning and needs to be seen...

Spent the whole day today, working on the sidecar...
Found the perfect spot for the 1951 NZ florin...

Goes well with the 1951 taxe

,rollin.
Sorted out the chain issue.
Swapped the badges.
CAM00886.jpg
Place the dedication badge at the back, you can see it and read it much better.
CAM00889.jpg
The truth is I'm done,finished...
Have a few tweeks to sort out, might redo the chassis a different way if I feel up to it tommorrow...But otherwise I'm riding around with a stupid grin on my face and gigglin constantly, trying to get use to the idea of a sidecar...
I am waiting on a glass filter, but wont arrive for another week or 2...

Will think about the the front and rear guards also, have a idea. But these are not important. Can do this later...
Went out and took photos, will get more tomorrow...

:113: The florin looks great in that spot... so glad it made it to you in plenty of time.

Thanks for doing that as a dedication to my sister.

Glen.

your fabrication skills never cease to amaze me!:cool2: BAM ought to be a lot of fun blasting around the roads where you live. great job!

SWEEEET! Love the build. Taking on a side car with motorized approach is crazy ambitious! I love the front forks and I am sure this will be a blast to burn around town. Nice Job!

I'm re-doing the chassis to the sidecar, was so stressed to get it done yesterday, that I wasn't impressed with the out come...
So I am making the attachments stronger, also mounting the arm to the top bar,as it was sliding down...
I just stopped in for lunch as I was annoyed from not eating as well...
Today I am calm. Ommmmmm!!!!! Ommmmmm!!!
It is looking much stronger and better.
Yeah !!!! Alex is a big boy:21: He lived in the USA for awhile and moved back here...Will ride up again, when I finish;) for the second time around:dontmentionit:

Redid the sidecar attachments much better.
Also My idea was to use the chassis as a flatbed as well...
