my hasty cuts to originally taper the exhaust tips were very rough and uneven. Some grinding, belt sanding and polishing wheel cleaned everything up. Some mounting hardware is being worked out. Most likely I will drill small holes in the frame and exhaust pipes to accept 6-32 threaded rod capped with acorn nuts. I’ll be shooting a some red paint into the tips for a cleaner look.

Fitting a spring loaded chute in to an electrical box is rather difficult. I think the box will just hold the lines. The box will be part of the chute pack, which will be wrapped in rip stop material with a typical chute pack design.
