Just completed this for a guy at work. He presented me with an old cruiser bike in need of some work. Except for the paint, grips, and a new chain, I was able to make use of original parts. I have seen this same sort of design elsewhere, so nothing new for me...but my friend loved it.

Very cool. Yes I think it's Rasta brand bikes that have something similar.
