Branded label Bikes

I have a question for anyone who is willing to answer it for me. I have a lead on a “General” badged labeled bike by Monark. It appears to me that it is the same bicycle as the Monark Rocket. My question is since it is a private labeled bike is it worth less than the Rocket? If it is the same bike does matter? I know it is a common practice for major brands to private label bicycles to others and in the end it may not matter. Any thoughts?

I don't think it would matter enough to make a big difference in value or collectability. There are some people who only collect store badged bikes.

I have a "Branded" label bike with cowboy ropes on it. I think it was from the Branded tv show . It's like a Stingray bike. I first thought you had a "Branded" one too.
