J.B weld, in my experience works better than Bondo, you can put it on thick and it's easier to shape/more forgiving w/a file. I prefer lead fill, but most solder now days is lead free and forget about fishing weights, all lead free. Silver solder works the same but is a lot more expensive. If you try solder, use Stay Clean liquid flux, I worked as a tattooist for years, and made my own needles, I would swear by Stay Clean.
I love all the interesting facts we learn about members during their comments on builds. Tattoo artist you say, ML? That has always intrigued me, tho I don't have the drawing / artistic skills to pull it off. But the creativity end, that I dig.

So, Hoosier, I just had a thought with all this talk about welding styles, etc. I have cleaned a couple frames in the last couple years of their original paint that have revealed brass 'brazing' (I believe that's what it's called) at the joints / lugs. Just thinking, could you replicate some of that at your joints to carry that 'brass knuckle' theme even more literally? *brainstorm alert*

Mocked up fork today now deciding 20" 27" or 26" front wheel, wife says 26 I like the 26 (one with tire mounted), rear wheel is 24

There may be screws on the side of your fork for adjusting the height of the legs, most triple trees you can adjust and just cut off the excess. You may try playing with that, if your fork allows. Then you can figure out wheel/tire combos.
My wife used a 24×2.125, rear with a 26×1.5 on her build off 11 bike " Rollfast or Go Home".

I think that set up would look pretty sweet on your bike. Just my two cents.
As far as your mock ups, I'm with OddJob, #3.

Looks like a solid rider. That's always my first priority. If I can't ride it, I don't build it.

That old school tire combo is sweet. And your frame gussets and brake mount make this build unique.

Worked on front lamp, started with a older generator lamp stamped FER no idea what company or year, glass lens and brass inner reflector
Converted to a LED using small flash light and Radioshack toggle switch. Pictures tell better story die-grinded reflector to accept LED assembly Hot Glued LED onto reflector, soldered positive and neg leads to Battery pack, placed toggle switch inline on neg side Done! light not to bad More to be seen and not to see by
