Brooks Grips?

anyone have them? if so got some pics? how do you like them? i am getting a brooks saddle VERY soon for my Electra Delivery 8D, and would like to get some input in on these so i can maybe get some to match hehehe

I was going to go with some Brooks handlebar tape but after looking at the price as I'm already getting a narrow B17 Imperial. My pocket book can only handle so much. I did score a nice Brooks micro knit wool jersey brand new for 75. Pretty hard to find and when you do there $$.

he's right. the bartape's nowt special, but the grips made of leather washers are the business :mrgreen:

what makes them so special? do they get softer as you use them? squishy?

if you've got big hands, you'll find the extra diameter valuable, as opposed to gripping a thin tube.
however hot, wet or sweaty you get, there's no loss of grip.
they're made of fine diecast ends and the same leather that the saddles are - aesthetically lovely.
i imagine that of you've got a gripshift they could be reduced in length neatly.
