I like the riding shot idea, but shouldn't be mandatory. As far as some bikes not being rat rods, everyones opinion is a bit different. I think any rat rod sould; 1 Have rust somewhere, but not nessesary. 2 Make your Wife/girl say "That's the uglyest thing I've ever seen"! 3 Have few if any new parts. 4 Cost less to build than the cheapest bike at any store, last I checked was $50. Your results may differ.
