Build-off-8 anything goes or what?

I'm sure this has been covered but I can't find it anywhere so I'm asking. Will it be anything goes or same rules as the past just wondering. I have a build in mind but it will not fit the rules of the build-off but would like to have it in the build-off

Both, there are two categories this year an anything goes and traditional.
