Any size really. 3/4 ish is the compatible size on the muscle bike. However 5/8 is probably best because I can seat it inside the stock post for height, and use the longer end for the seat, and just swap out the seat bracket.

This is what I’ve got, far right is 90 degrees and 5/8”, next one in is 5/8” on one side and 3/4” on the other. If you can use one it’s yours

I don't have one, but if you have a leather supply store near they might have those grommets in stock. I seem to recall seeing them at the Tandy Leather store here.
