Build or scrap?

I found this odd cruiser in a cabinet when I moved in to my apartment three years ago, maybe a good start for a klunker? Hub in pic are a very rusty Union 100 mm pedals are Campagnolo from the sixties (?)
I need some help to find spokes for front wheel and advice on what fork and rear hub to use. 2 speed kickback torpedo or my 5 speed Sturmey archer? Maybe a five geared Suntour with deralier? First I make wheels ready after that it's time to decide what color to repaint it in, tires has blue stripe in the tread

I say scrap it, but do it at my scrapyard so I can buy it and build it. :lol: No seriously I'd build it up.
