Very nice bike! I have a 37 Hawthorne Zep that I am currently restoring. Nice to see one in that good of shape.

ive heard horror stories about the second chance offers(was only with guitars and stuff like that)..
thing to look for was it sent to you through your email or ebays contact system?(if only email id be kind of careful)

TRUE! Ebay will only send messages to BOTH your email and ebay messages folder! Something that is only in your email is probably a scam! If ever there's a doubt, you can forward it to [email protected], or [email protected] for paypal related emails. I've probably forwarded at least 10 such emails, and they were all scams! Hope it's for real, that's a sweet ride!~Adam

Well It finally arrived a couple of days ago. It came in two boxes and was packed better than fine china. The previous owner almost completely disassembled the bike and even cleaned the bearings and sent them dry! It took two evenings to repack the bearings and assemble the bike. I'm going to leave it as is with the exception of repairing the speedo, which works, but needs a new face and glass. The headlight also needs a lens.

Very nice bike...was watching that one sale, too, but I've run out of room, so I'd have to divest of one of my 10 bikes, if I wanted to pick up another. Not ready to do that just yet.
