Here's my starting point... As it's name implies, my initial plan is to not add or subtract any of the parts, simply "manage" the "configuration" to "change" it's appearance. Over time, we shall see how that goes.

Decided to skip over the fork for the moment and deal with the seat.

After a 3 day soak in vinegar followed by 4 days in Coca Cola, things cleaned up pretty well.

Got the fork, headset and a fender cleaned up today...

Finally got all the blue brush painted colour off of the frame...

And my tires arrived today in the mail.

Pretty sure I’m going to have to do some sheet metal work on the fenders to get these monsters under them, lol

Clear-coated the underside of the whole thing.
