Randy just saw this post. Congratulations! I too retired early 3 years ago at 51 after 26 years in a similar business, Cable TV. I don't miss the poles and squrriels either, but getting away from Big Corperate America was the best part. Oh yea, I don't miss the phone part either, never cared for that once we got into it, ha! Well, I'm still working a bit on our personal business the wife and I started about 15 years ago. But it gives me the extra time to spend doing what I really want to do which is the 10~18 Kustoms hobby job. By the way the 10 & the 18 in my name were the lineman radio call numbers for my two best friends Brent & Ed at TeleCable that are no longer with us.

Congrats again and looking forward to seeing ya at Hayesville in a couple weeks.
