Cap Screws For Piston Stem ?

I am searching for the 4 Allen head screws that clamp the front of a 1 1/8" thread-less piston stem to the handlebars. The thread is M8- 1.25. The end to end length is 26.5 mm, thread length is 20 mm. Might be able to go 25 mm thread length when using the flat washers that fit these. i need the washers too. The screws stocked in the local stores have too large of a diameter heads to fit in the stem. Should be 10.5 mm diameter. Standard black, stainless steel , or chrome. Where do you buy these ?

www.use-enco.com or www.boltdepot.com have a nice selection of hardware. Prices are good if you buy quantity too. Like you mentioned, you have to watch the head size with stem bolts.
