Welds look a bit like dog isht, but there will be bondo.

Another look in the daylight. I had to fix up some warping, now everything sits better.

I'll do some finish welding after I media blast, then body filler to make it look like I know what I'm doing.
 
Wow! I just caught up on this build, Falstaff II. You had me at the first 'chop'. :nod:

And then everything happened. Looks like you are enjoying a warm Fall in OH as well. Heck, I could even start a build today, and probably get it painted this last week of October; which is highly unusual for the North Country.

The weather here has been ridiculous.
Unfortunately, I decided to tear down another old pop up camper to build a bigger camper. I have been incredibly sick since, so haven't even touched this bike.
But there's a little over a month left, so I might make it.
