carrier type

does anyone use a platfotm type carrier and do u like it campared to a convebtional one?

I use ratchet straps to hold stuff down on the Bmx Ute,
This might be a bit larger of a platform than you want but for me its the best,, it carries eskies, tackle box an we can even attach fishing rods.
