Cast Aluminium Goose Neck ID help

a few of these have popped up on eBay recently. i scored one because i love polishing cast aluminum.

any clue as to what it is?

I think it is a Torrington deco stem from the '30's. Not positive on that though, hopefully someone can deny/verify.

Beyond that, yes it is duly awesome! :mrgreen:

It is not a Torrington piece; it was made by a small independent for the accessory market and was never used as an O.E.M. part. I believe it is a post-war piece but I don’t have any references for the name of the company that made it or to be certain on the dates for its production.
