First of all: welcome to the club of bicycle-nutters.
Second: can't see no pics,so there's gone something wrong with that.
Third: Ruffcycles frames are cool frames for a reasonable price.
When you're a tall guy, a factory frame can prove to be a little small/short, so you might be forced to extend a standard frame or build one yourself.
I don't know where you're from (USA,Europe,Australia?), but that could influence the availability of certain parts.
Normally a 3-speed coasterhub is good enough for most bikes, unless you want something with disc-brakes or a hub with more gears.
And last, but not least: the cash-flow is a major factor in this case (how much money can you spend?)
Just read yourself to death on this forum and it will all become clear before your very eyes.
