I've renamed this one to CCC Project, or Corvette Conservation Corps Project. It was more about conservation than modification, and it's a nod to my late Grandfather who was a member of the real CCC in Oklahoma in the '30s.

The build thread: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=72047

This build's pretty subtle, but there's quite a bit of work in the details. Most of the hardware's been replaced with stainless allen head fasteners.

New Porkchop chainwheel contrasts with vintage redline pedals.

Continental Cruise Contact tires in 26x2.0 on Alienation PBR aluminum rims. A lot of tweakage went into getting the fenders to be concentric with the tire stripes.

A bonus shot; Jennifer and I with our '67 Barracuda at the same train station in 1989.

Thanks! The Barracuda went away in 1992. We had gotten serious about autocrossing, and I didn't feel right about cutting up such a nice old 'cuda to turn it into a race car, so we sold it.
