CCM with 28" wheels

Found this in a friends barn the other day while takin a look at all the cool stuff he has. Im having a hard time trying to figure out the year of it though, the serial number reads 8V6420.
If anyone can figure out the year and maybe model of this bike i would greatly appreciate it!

I would have to say in the 40's. The CCM's from the 50's up to 60 that I have seen are easy to age but the ones that are earlier than 50 seem to have funky serial numbers like yours. This is the chart I use but hasn't been much help under 1950. http://drumbent.com/ccm.html

Yeah thats the same chart i was going by aswell. Hmm i wonder why its so hard to figure out?
