centrix 3 speed hub

Has anyone riding centrix 3 speed hub? I have one, and I can't adjust it, I wonder what I am doing wrong? or maybe something is broken?

I would check and lube the shifter and cable for freedom of movement, then add some light oil in the hole in the axle after removing the chain. Also add some light oil to the port on the shell. Let it work in and shift the gears while the wheel is turning, suspended or upsidedown.
