Chainring cover ID

Found this odd cover down at the bike coop. My guess is a chain ring cover. Maybe a dork disk. Cool logo and lettering is what I like. I may make it into a clock.

Are you telling me that I need to be at the tricycle forum? I bet you are right. There are 2 tabs on one side and the hole on the left like it locked on like a hubcap.

I was just thinking there's no crank pin hole to go on an OPC, could be a dork disc but it looks like a hub cap off a pedal car contraption to me ... Purely throwing out a wild guess is all :mrgreen:
