Charlotte bike swap

Just saw this in hickory nc craig's list. May 4 in the NoDa district. Anyone been to this one?

I believe I'll cruise down and check it out, although it is likely to be a bunch of fixie stuff. I have a lot of friends in Charlotte and never heard of this so it might be the first time for it. There's a show in Eden on May 11 so I can't really spend a bunch of money though
