Managed to score the Chris and Paul bits unused for a budget friendly price.
Wanted a purple brake lever, but couldn't go past the silver Paul for the price. And it'll work well with my other silver bits

Custom decals arrived from BMX products Australia. Look amazing. Super happy with them, exactly what I was wanting for this build.

You can always go with Phil Wood grease. About $12 per tube. My favorite grease & stinks really good. Wish Yankee Candle made a Phil Wood grease flavored candle.......

I do like those decals on the bike.

Scuffed back the teal, and sprayed on a 8 coats of bass boat flake. I used up enough flake to 'make 3ltrs' and coverage still wasn't enough. Over the teal base coat it looks terrible, kinda like a wallmart special.
Disappointed!

Yes, the colour was a good match. I'll repaint the same colour without the flake. Sometimes it's best to keep it simple, but I've always wanted to try a large flake, cross it off the bucket list now lol

It looked way worse in person. In the pic it's not bad. But in person, terrible.

Finally got a chance to lay some colour down again. Went on perfect this time around. Then hung out in the sun to bake.

Getting some assembly done today. Cleaned up the seat tube and head tube, with a little grease to the seat post.
Headset went in nicely, with the original hex shaped headset spacer retained. I think the SE hex spacers are a cool pretty peice.
