Cheapest new bike I have ever bought

Went down to KC with my wife for the day, and on the way back to the country we seen a Target and decided to swing in. Of course I seen the bikes on the back wall half way across the store, so I headed to them. while looking I seen this bike with a clearance sticker on the head tube and when I seen the price I knew it was coming home with me.

Yes that is the right price

Got it for parts, but the more I look at it the more I just want to grease it up and remove the stickers and change the white stuff out for cream stuff or maybe chrome rims and bars with some black peddles and seat.

Normally I dont like 24s even tho I have 3or4 of them. I was surprised how comfortable it was. Maybe I shouldn't ride bikes I plan on using as parts bikes
