Since i got my columbia, I have put a mongoose bmx sprocket on, schwinn bow pedals, redid the seat, painted the rims, and added a Firestone Speed Cushion up front. And yes, I did make the bike to match my rat rodded 63 bug. 8)

That's a really cool bike. Cool photo too. Even better though how about mounting the stop sign to the fence, moving your trash cart and other stuff and getting all of the VW in the pic. Oh and moving the board and spray can more into the pic. Then take another photo. Or just go ride the thing

Let's see what kind of custom roof rack that bug is sportin'. My 67 was a rat and I used some kind of universal van gutter mounts from the flea market and 2x4's.

Mine was 30 bucks at the swap meet. Cheaply made, but it does its job.
