I couldn't resist, a 29" cruiser  I had never seen one, and for a buck fifty, had to have it. This thing rolls forever, gotta be the fastest thing I own next to my old converted Shogun single speed. Its got a 36/16 chain gear set, Wheels are nice and true, A really well balanced bike thats actually pretty lite weight to be as big as it is. I replaced the cheap plastic pedals with a nice set of sealed Snafu bmx pedals also ditched the white painted chain that came on it as well as changed the seat and post to a layback, even though she's an ole Walgoose bike, I really enjoy ridin it. I took off the cruiser bars and replaced them with more of a mountain/race type bar, also most of the decals. Here she is in all er glory,...

Nice... after my vacation end of this week I might go by Wally World and swoop one up. If I don't spend all my money!

They're pretty big, this picture should give you an idea, what the width of a garage door? Like 6 feet, roughly?

Or you could find a excuse to go to Walmart and check it out in person.....

Cheers,

Thanks fellas, it actually has a Falcon rear hub, I repacked it with full synthetic Mobil one grease and adjusted it, super smooth and quiet. It actually measures 75 inches from tire edge front to back, she's a biggun !! You definately feel like king of the road on it. 8)

Wow,I thought the $150 you listed as a pretty good deal, but I seen em at a Walmart this week (about 2 hours from home) for $99.97  :D

 Really? I had to keep checking back at my local WM like three times in one weekend before they finally got one in, I bought it still in the box, the bike builder said this model sells just as fast as they hit the sales floor, also said it was a sort of promotional bike they had limited quantities for because it was bike month in may.

Hmmm....should I pick one up knowing the "limited supply" of em then I wonder...I was thinking (seriously) of buying a Wally-bike soon anyways (because all of my non-modern-mtn-bike-bikes are of the lightweight variety, curved tubes and fat tires being hard to come by),and wasn't sure between the Huffy Cranbrook or one of the Schwinns (the blue ones with the rear blue rack-cruiser type)...but limited supply + $99.97 pricing, well, them Chinese Schwinns and Huffies are always there<LOL! What do you think,it's only about an hour and fifteen minutes away...

Never saw one for $99...

Saw one yesterday (ONE,the only one they had),and I'm not telling where,teeheehee ( I would,actually,if asked via PM :) )

Anybody know if one could buy other-than-blackwalls in 29" and where? (like wide whites or brick reds) :?:

Well,I went to buy it today (despite it being a 3 hour round trip, and that I'd spent all week down there anyways and had only gotten home yesterday,LOL),and alas,it was sold.

I did, however pick up a 26er of similar styling, and got a deal due to some cosmetic damage (scratches and chipped paint, scratchesin the seat's vinyl),but I'll not hijack more than this,I'll post pics elsewhere :)

Edit,just posted pics here...
