I've been lurking here for a few years. Set up an account somewhere along the way, but I'm not super social on forums. I've been riding bikes for fun for many years. I've only ever moderately customized "newer" model cruisers (Electra, Nirve, etc). I am also into kustom cars, lowriders, and traditional hot rods. It all has similar aesthetics.
I recently bought an old Monark tandem for my son and I to build and ride together. I'm currently finishing that build up and will post pics in a separate post. I'm calling it The Smokestack because the seat/handle posts make the bike look like an old steamship.
My current daily cruiser is a Nirve Fifty-Three that I mildly customized.
