Are gonna use both of those...? :D

Re: cheapie

Congrats on your exams!
Are you still planning to cut the bracket? If so, I think it's alowed. Sometimes you just have to do these things to make mismatched parts fit. Like I did on my build-off bike
Those headlights are nice! What are they?

Re: cheapie

Re: cheezy board tracker

Looking good, I like the whole project.

The solution for that crank will be an even shorter one- you need one from a Jr Stingray or a Lil Chik or a Bantam. (Or one of Schwinn's other kids bikes.) They're like 4" or 4.5" cranks and will work fine and look right.

Let me know if you don't find one locally, I'm sure I have a couple.

As someone who did a 20" bike with extended dropouts-lowering-thing a couple years ago, just make sure everything is strong and solid.

20" Ross with extended rear triangle and small crank, also a second sprocket mounted on left side. (No need for a kickstand if you have a block of wood handy!)

Re: cheezy board tracker

Forget what I said about the handlebars  They look killer from that angle  Keep up the good work

Really cool build you've got.
How do those brackets on the rear wheel work?
Isn't the chain gonna pull it forward while peddaling?
Congratulations
