Yeah with the swap on Sunday I understand how hard it is to get two days "off"

I have to work Sunday :| so lets ride Saturday

Saturdays weather according to WGN is cloudy,windy and close to 70
With rain holding off tell evening.

We were the first people to sit on the roof of Twisted spoke, weather was nice, sun was warm just a bit breazy at times. But hey its Chicago. Had a blast. Only almost crashed the van twice on the way up. :roll:

Like I told Skipton, Smokey T. Bear was my co-pilot on the way up.

Saw some guy in the middle of the road and thought of running him down, but then I realized it was Gary. So I let him be. lol

Finally got up there, takes a little longer in a Aircooled vehicle.

Some cool cars next in the shop next door, not much Mazda left of that Mazda. A blown big block Chevy out front built to race spec. :shock:

Wonder how long this has been up, sorta reminds me of the Tin man, frozen in time.

Ran into some rain on the way home, but had a blast today.

Got Taber's Twin Bar 7 speed Rat Rod running yesterday... needs the front fender mounted. but this thing is cool and fast with the Nexus 7 and roller brake!

Taber's bike came out great and he looks like he likes it!

Really liking the way you set up Taber's bike! The bars, stem, old frame, peaked fenders then 7 spd too!

The three"family" bikes are ubercool together , very distinctly different and yet similar..

OldGreaser, your son looks like he's getting bigger, is there a build in the works...

Taber's Bike is so nice and fun to ride.

Next time you are in Chicago you will have to take it for a ride.

The Nexus 7 speed "Shifts like a Porsche Boxster" :mrgreen:

Just need to get the fender and chain guard on and call it done!

Thanks. Yes a Corvair van, a Corvan to be specific (not a greenbrier, it was a work van with no windows except on all doors.). Loop tail is Gary's, I have the camel back speedster.
