Children carrier fit on an old Schwinn??

Hello, I am curious if a children's carrier will fit on an old Schwinn Hollywood. Full size bike. Woman's version...

Something along the lines of this.

I have put several child seats on older bikes and most worked fine with the hardware supplied, I did have to make a few adjustments for a good fit on the taller roadies.
Like anything aftermarket sometimes you have to make it work for your needs.
