Chro-mo new old huffy BMX stem

Our local hardware has a new in the box Huffy brand Chromoly 4 bolt black BMX quill stem. Looks to be from the mid to late 80s. They want $14.99, which seems like a good deal compared to new ones these days. Of course I don't have any pics, it's still on the shelf. Of course huffy is nothing special but it looks like a decent beefy peice, should I snag it?

I went and bought it. No big deal but at least it's chromoly. Here it is on my soon to be stretch frame BMX project...

looks like the old redline forklifter stems, seen them on GT Zoot scoots and some other stuff too though with a blank faceplate. Seen some people say they were the only stem that came close to working with the old style ACS brake rotors. I would of bought it too
