To be honest I think the original seat looks pretty awful on this type of frame. Just doesn't flow with the lines. I think the seat pan I'm recovering will look ok.

seat pan i will be recovering is the old one off my 68 sears screamer coaster, I found a mint one for the coaster two miles from my house believe it or not! this one is slightly dented and very rusty. using headliner material as padding.
Looks like that pan needs a good wire brushing!

Little body work on the chain guard, frame was good with minimal pitting. Self etching primer and should get color this week! Not going to be a show winner, but should be OK.

i squirted some yellow paint on the bike, came out ok. Maybe start to asemble it at the end of the week!!

The rear fender is a bit of a mess, it was slightly twisted and had a few shallow dents. Luckily i somehow worked them out and straightened it out! the chrome will come out ok but the underside is the worst i've seen!
