cleaning up old paint???

I recently got an old old old schwinn. I would like to bring some depth back to the paint. I'm scared I might screw it up. Anybody have any great tips or products That I could use on this thing? It is a 1940 with tank decals and everything.

Hey dood, I usually use car stuff. We have some 3 part stuff that works good.

WD-40 and wax.makes it shine and keeps it from rusting anymore!
