this is how I clean rusty wheels fast and easy
I use wd40 and a brass welding brush and I use a brass kitchen pot scrubber for bigger areas it takes about 10 minutes a wheel even on the real rusty wheels
the brass is softer than chrome so it wont scratch it and by using the brush you dont wear out your fingers
if I have to do it inside I just use a product like this and the brush. it works almost as good and smells purdy
