I don't think the bike in the ad is particularly old; a lot of 90s-era 24"s had 36h hubs. I'm mostly looking at the short headtube. But, the O/S downtube may be throwing me off.

Looks like a 90's or later 26" wheel Pacific "Schwinn" to me. I don't think they came in 24".

Yeah, it does look to be a Pacific product, and they do have the shorter-looking headtube, I guess from the oversized tubes...
