And here's the feature that I kept hidden until now:

As I plan to use this bike for the protest rides I participate, I wanted it to be able to carry a flag.
Here it is in full Swiss guy mode

Again it was a big pleasure to participate and to build a new ride for the stable.

This was my starting point

Walk-around video

The first flagpole was just a cheap extendable broom stick.

I already upgraded it with a longer, lighter and thinner extendable tarp-pole (it did cost about ten times more).
Here's how the new flagpole is fixed to the bike:

Here is it (almost) all up

For riding without a flag attached, it can be tilted forward and then fixed to the head tube with a rubber band.

Extra lighting with LED strips on the down tube and chain stays, powered by an USB powerbank.

That bike is totally punked out! Love the attitude!
Yeah, it has become a sneaky punk cruiser rat.
It rides like a charme since the shifting and some other small issues have been dialed in.
But there are still some kinks to iron out: the seat post is too smooth and the clamp even with shims cannot keep it from sliding down the seat tube during riding and the fork makes a load clanking noise when it stretches fully back out. I might need to adress that in time, but seat post comes first...

In my experience, a magic mix of sand an grease works like a charm. I used that for long cruiser bars, so can lean on them without pushing the bars down

Love the bike, it is a anarchaic piece of machinery :rockout:;)
Punked out like @Bike from the Dead mentioned! And I love this style, good/strange looking while made to be used.

Read your message about 30 minutes after I bought "Montagepaste" for about 8 Euros.... 🤦‍♂️

Thanks! This machine will see a lot of use in the near future...

Sweet ride done on a tight timeline. Really cool build. I love bikes with lots of stickers. And the flagpole option is just the thing for those protest rides. Great job!
