Columbia Springer Fork

I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of a Columbia springer fork I recently purchased on ebay. From what I understand it is missing a couple of pieces. If anyone has any details or pics of a complete fork I would greatly appreciate it. Here are a few pics from the ad on ebay.

Wow! Thanks guys. When I get it I'll know for sure but from the looks of it, it is indeed the top plate; probably the headset but I can use the bits from the old fork and; one or two questionable shoulder bolts. This should be fun.

On the diagram that Schwinray posted, it has part numbers for a mens fork and part numbers for a womens fork. What's the difference and how do you tell the difference? I know nothing about Columbia bikes. Just curious. Gary

Different part numbers because (maybe?) the length of the head tube is different so the bends have to be different?
