Columbia Superb Reproduction question???

I've done some research but can't seem to figure out the serial number on it. This Columbia Superb has 2 different sets of numbers on it. Can somebody help me figure out what they mean and most importantly if its in fact an 80s reproduction please? Thanks for your help!

41 F9T is the '41 reproduction. The perfectly aligned uniform stampings are the first clue that it wasn't made bitd.
