This is my latest find. It was actually peiced together from four bikes I picked from scrap. The lock was even from the scrap pile. I guessed the combination and took an hour or so to put this together for a free fresh find. I have the chain guard at home but it needs to be straightened before it goes back on. I am keeping it at work for rides during lunch. I went for my first lunch ride today. I am very excited to have a fun bike I feel good about leaving at work and that I don't want stolen but if it happens I won't be out anything.
It looks good, original paint. I'd get a cheap lock and keep it locked to something at work. You can check what year it was made, the serial number is on the left dropout. http://www.vintagecolumbiabikes.com/id79.html
