Kinda looks like a bike that my sister and I learned to ride on in the 50's. It had solid wheels and was a fixie. It had that square headed set screw for the bars like a tricycle. My mother would hold the back of the seat and walk me down the dirt road, she wouldn't run with a dress on. When it was mastered I was handed a ladies fat tired bike that I can only remember as a rusty green. This bike that I learned on was passed onto neighbors kids and on it went through the town of Eastham. By the late 50's it was passed back to us and my brother learned to ride on it. Then it was gone.
