I thought you gave up painting bikes??
Well I gave up on it but if a attempted a project like this It wouldn't be painted with any old rattle can! I would probably let the guys at Moore's Hot Rod Shop take care of it!

What happened to the hood/fender ornament? It was awsome.

And you must have a whole lot off income , too.
Im 15 and have never been able to attemt a Colson project!
I wish i could.

Well yes the hood ornament was awesome but it was just a gap filler for the Smoopy's Spring show.

The Light is a delta wedge and is the light that was original to the bike. It's quite rare and is another step towards it being completely restored. I talked to someone about paint and if everything goes well....We should have a completely restored Colson within the year!

As for the income thing...I'm only 16. I sell bike parts to buy bike parts. I have a PayPal account dedicated to my hobby! It might take me longer to finish a project but in the big picture it works well for me.

Re: Cool Blue(NEW LIGHT!)

Flip twenty $5 parts and suddenly you've got a hundred to spend on a light! It's all about generating an income from your hobby so you can reinvest in it. Kinda like climbing the 'property ladder' but with bikes instead of houses. It's a great way to truly grasp economics.

DN is always doing the buy low, part it out and sell in bulk thing.

AWESOME light bro! Now the right springer.....

Cheers,
Dr. T
