I seen that bike but knew I wouldnt make the auction and thought about calling in a phone in bid but decided against it. glad to see some one I knew got it.

I figured you saw it......Ken's dad was there bidding me up on it :mrgreen: I actually didn't even see him till the bidding was over. Contrary to what the pictures show it's very solid and straight. I've got the complete bike minus truss rods. The fenders are trashed. The fella having the auction owned it since it was new. I think he told me 1940 was when he got it. Has a set of air cooled hubs and a dual button wear tab seat.

We'll hook up for the swap meet next weekend and I'll bring your parts.
