I was watching Mythbusters last night (I love that show) and I noticed they had a red cruiser hanging on the wall of the warehouse, way up there, like a retired basketball jersey or something. I'm pretty sure it's this one that Tory crashed:

After many years of smacking my head on trees,rocks,asphalt,cars etc.. as a result of "miscalculations" while riding bicycles, I can't stress this enough.

WEAR A HELMET

Oh man! I couldn't watch that, I closed the window right away.
I always wear a helmet, even while cruising. In Portugal we had a famous bike racer that died when a dog got in his way and he fell trying to avoid it. No helmet. It can happen to anyone.
