That's a better pic, you can ignore my comment in the other thread. It's a cool looking frame, the twin top tubes aren't all that common.
This ain't exactly it, but it's close, has a cantilever where yours doesn't, but the top tubes and seat stays/brake bridge are similar. 74 Mossberg.

I think it's a Giant Simple. I've kept an eye out for one for years...one hasn't hit my price point yet. It's a modern aluminum frame with potential

Yeah, I figured it was aluminum, more modern, with those big fat welds. I really had to post that Mossberg though, those forks!
