The comment about this bike looking bunched up is more correct than you know.
My daughter got on the bike and immediately bashed her knee into one of the fork plates when she tried to pedal. She had to get off....cry and walk around for about 5 minutes before she could try to ride it again.
She tried to ride with her legs pointed outward, but still hit her knee a couple more times. Needless to say, not her favorite bike of the bunch.
A 16" front wheel and maybe a longer frame would do wonders for ride-ability.
