CWC's gurus please....

I picked up these and before I go to far into the rebuilds I would like to know for sure what I got?!

First bike is non skip tooth, partially repainted and serial is "H18348 0" I believe this to be a CWC bike but looks much newer than the bike below also with a H serial...

What do I have here?

Okay onto this. My friend Bob gleefully parted this out before turning it over to me Skiptooth yumminess. Again any info is great. Serial H94953

Basically I'd like to know if I am right thinking these are both CWC bikes and also why if they are both "H" serialed the newer appearing one is serialed older? Models, info, headbadges? Anything and everything is appreciated.

They used H in late 40 - 41, likely your red bike. They used it again in early 46, which could be the blue one. But, check that "0" at the end. It may be a "Cw" stamp, which would put it around 47-9. -Adam
