Last year was my first build off. I build a lot of bikes every year, but nothing like this; which was my vision of a Steampunk/Mad Max bike.

Even though I was cramped for time, I did manage to get that bike about 75% completed from my original vision. With these build off bikes, at least the good ones to me; are the ones which display creativity, imagination and do things that havn't been done before, yet still maintain a good and comfortably riding bike. Which is the most important thing in a bike to me. Having a cool looking bike is worthless to me if you don't or can't ride it.
To accomplish a vision of what I want my bikes to be, I first think of a theme or concept, then try to incorporate elements of that style throughout the whole bike.
This year, I'm going even more modern than my bike was last year, Infact, it will be so modern, that its from the future!
So with that, my theme for this year will be CYBERPUNK.
I plan on taking elements of that genre and integrating them into a bike build.
Just like last year, I plan on doing a few things that no one else has ever done on a bicycle.
Some of the theme and style this bike has will be drawn from sources such as TRON, The Matrix, Bladerunner and Ghost in the Shell.
This bike will feature: Custom fenders, a custom tank, Custom wheels, some lighting and "electrical", changing parts around along with a few bits of style to bring it together.
Tentatively; I have named this bike CyberKlunk, as I plan on this bike being a klunker/bomber style cruiser, but that may change as I'm not 100% set on a frame and not sure if the theme will conflict with the frame choice.
That said, here is the frame I'll be using starting out. Not really sure what it is, but I think it looks cool.
