Hey Guys,
Anyone know what to look for on a schwinn cycle truck frame to identify which year it is when there's no serial number ? I have one I'd like start working on but can't figure out what year it's from.

Unless someone ground off the number, it should be there. Maybe under gobs of paint? Look under the bottom bracket for the crank. If not there, it should be stamped on the left rear dropout. Gary

If I remember right if its the original crank there should be a year stamped into the center part of the crank arm

Found it on the rear dropout ! Thanks so much guys, I don't know how I missed it last night ... must have been really really really tired.

April 1955, should be a fun project.
